Privacy Policy
How Mynth collects, uses, and protects information.
Last updated: 17 July 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Mynth (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our website and when you request a demo or otherwise contact us. Mynth is a privately held company, Primátorská 296/38, Libeň (Praha 8), 180 00 Praha, Czech Republic. You can reach us at hello@mynth.ai.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you contact us or request a demo, you may voluntarily provide details such as your name, email address, company, role, and any message content you choose to include.
Technical data. Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information through server logs and analytics, such as IP address, browser type and version, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiries and demo requests;
- provide, operate, maintain, and improve our website and services;
- communicate with you about updates or information you have requested;
- detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Legal Basis (EU/UK GDPR)
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following lawful bases:
- Consent — when you voluntarily provide information, such as submitting a demo request.
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps — to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement.
- Legitimate interests — for website security, improvement, and abuse prevention, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation — where we are required to process data by law.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers who process data on our behalf under written contracts — for example, hosting, analytics, and communications tools. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
5. International Transfers
Because some of our service providers operate outside the European Economic Area (EEA), your information may be processed in countries that offer a different level of data protection. Where this occurs, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including meeting legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure of your data;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- request portability of your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out); and
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@mynth.ai.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our website is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact hello@mynth.ai and we will take steps to delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Please review the “Last updated” date above to see when the policy was last revised.
